How to Build a Portable WFH Workstation You Can Also Take Anywhere! (Video)

I don’t want to turn this into another “due to COVID” blog post, since there are already a million of those out there. However, this actually might end up helping those who have been relegated to WFH during this global pandemic.

The truth is, while the nicest of homes have dedicated rooms that can be used as the home office, not everyone has that luxury. My condo in Manila has room for a full computer desk and work area, but in an attempt to avoid clutter and cut down on furniture costs, I decided to turn my IKEA MELLTORP dining table into a workstation. In less than 3 minutes, the table can be used with the portable computer setup in the photo above. As an added bonus, all of the components store into my backpack when not in use, allowing the dining table to be used for meals once again.

Enough talk here though, I shot a video on the entire setup. Check it out below, and if you like what you see, don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube Channel for more similar content! If you have any questions, don’t forget to drop a comment in the comments section of the video and I’ll get back to you ASAP! Thanks for watching!
